Why was BounceOFF! Race and Bazaar 2016 merged into BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016?

By merging the event into BounceOFF! Fiesta, participants will be able to enjoy a bigger and bolder inflatable play experience.

What is BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016 about?

BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016 sets to be Singapore’s Largest Outdoor Inflatable Play Space will start from 2 December 2016 (Friday) all the way to 1 January 2017 (Sunday). The Fiesta’s footprint will start from Marina Promontory, line along the Waterfront Promenade, and reach all the way down to Bayfront Event Space.

The BounceOFF! Fiesta will be perfect for a family day out and an excellent bonding session for friends and colleagues during the festive month of joy and sharing.

Featuring 4 major play zones, each with distinctive highlights of its own, BounceOFF! Fiesta will span an estimated 40,000 square meter space along Singapore’s Central Business District.

What will happen to my BounceOFF! Race & Bazaar 2016 ticket after the merger into BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016?

BounceOFF! Race and Bazaar participants will be able to transfer their ticket and be part of the inaugural BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016 for a full-day of unlimited fun during the month of the Fiesta. You are also entitled to bring a friend along for a day of unlimited inflatable fun at the Bounce, Jump and Slide Zones (worth $256).

What happens if I cannot make it for BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016?

How would I know if my transfer to BounceOFF! Fiesta 2016 is successful?

After receiving your transfer request, a BounceOFF! Fiesta Confirmation Slip will be sent to the registered email. It will take approximately 10 – 14 business days for us to work on the transfer process.

If you have not receive the BounceOFF! Fiesta Confirmation Slip, please email to [email protected] and we will assist you from there.

What is the last date for me to submit my refund request?

All refund requests will have to emailed to [email protected] before 30 November 2016, 2359hrs.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

It will take approximately 14 - 21 business days for us to work on your refund process. All refunds will be made through Paypal.

What are the race participation requirements?

Participants are required to be 130cm and above. Also, Participants under the age of 18 will need to agree to a compulsory indemnity and consent form acknowledged by a parent or legal guardian during registration.

Individuals with prevalent cardiac diseases, major health issues or injuries are strongly advised against participating in this race.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING ON RACE DAY?

There will be a baggage deposit area for all our Bouncers participating in the race, however you are strongly advised to bring only what you require.

4) Confirmation Email (Soft copy is accepted)
5) Your ID for Identification Purposes
6) Race Wrist Tag (Compulsory for entry)

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE?

Bouncers are advised to arrive 30 minutes before their wave timing, or much earlier if you wish to visit the BounceOFF! Bazaar first.

HOW LONG WILL THE RACE TAKE?

An average Bouncer will take about 60 minutes. However, the duration of your race would depend on how fast you conquer the obstacles.

HOW MANY RUNNERS WILL THERE BE, IN EACH WAVE?

We will be dispatching approximately 300 Bouncers per wave, per 15-minutes interval.

HOW MANY OBSTACLES WILL THERE BE?

We will keep this as a suspense for now! Do keep a look out on our social media for hints!

WHAT IF I GET HURT?

We have safety officials and certified paramedic on standby at various locality along the race route. In the unfortunate event of an injury, immediately alert any of our crews along the route and they will carry out the necessary procedures to get you medical attention. Our Bouncers’ safety is our top priority.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

It is strongly recommended for you to wear our Race Tee, coupled with sports shorts and shoes. Do note that you have to be in proper running shoes, and any other footwear is strictly forbidden. The organizer reserves the rights to refuse any participants from playing, should they show up in improper attire.

WHEN AND WHERE IS THE RACE PACK COLLECTION?

We will let you know once we have the details finalized! Do keep a look out at our social media platforms for updated information.

CAN SOMEONE COLLECT MY RACE PACK ON MY BEHALF?

Yes, you can. Kindly provide your friend with an authorization letter signed by you, along with a photocopy of you and your friend’s photo ID.

1) Your Photo ID or Confirmation Email (Softcopy is accepted)

* Sound off to any of our race marshal or crew, in the event when you are feeling unwell.

For BounceOFF Bazaar, Race Pack is NOT an entitlement.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

It is strongly recommended for you to wear sports attire. Do note that you have to be in proper running shoes, any other footwear is strictly forbidden. The organizer reserves the rights to refuse any participants from playing, should they show up in improper attire.

WILL I BE ALLOWED RE-ENTRY IF I EXIT THE BAZAAR?

Yes, there is no limit for re-entry.

WHAT DOES THE BAZAAR CONSIST OF?

Scale our 8m high Rock Climbing Wall and pit at our Gladiator Arena against your friends or foes! Remember to snap some sticky photos on our Human Flywall! There are many more other inflatables suitable for all ages, for you to explore and BOUNCE to keep your adrenaline rushing through a whole day of FUN and EXCITEMENT!

IF MY CHILD IS BELOW AGED 4, DOES HE/SHE REQUIRE TICKET FOR ENTRY?

For children aged 4 and below on the event year do not need to purchase a ticket.
